Search across clients, deals, tasks, and saved notes, including older history. Plan your tasks with overdue, today, next-seven-day, and undated views, then reschedule a due date in a few clicks. Today highlights clients with overdue follow-ups or no dated next step. The new Activity page brings your team’s notes and changes together, with filters and older updates just a click away.
Billing now has a home in your workspace, with the proposed five-person and ten-person plans. Early access continues without payment. We’re testing checkout, trials, renewals and payment recovery in Stripe’s sandbox before opening real billing.
Move deals from New to Talking, Proposal, Won or Lost. Keep the client, owner, estimated value and next action together. A short checklist helps you set up your first client workflow. Workspace settings now include a name, default currency and time zone. Each teammate can turn on a daily email for their due and overdue tasks. Nothing due, no email.
Sign up with a verified email and password, or keep using Google. Reset your password through an email link and manage your account from the app. Teammate invitations now arrive by email, with send status and resend controls. Client history has a Load older history button, so earlier notes stay within reach.
Import clients from a CSV, match your columns, and review every row before saving. Duplicates are skipped and invalid rows are flagged. Owners and admins can now download the entire workspace as JSON, including archived clients, completed tasks, all notes and history, team members, and invitation records.
The first release brings Google sign-in, shared workspaces, clients, notes and assigned next actions together. You can invite teammates with a link and follow our progress on the public roadmap. Deals, imports, reminders and billing are still ahead of us.
