Start with a next step. Not another dashboard.

We’re beginning with a CRM and shared tasks for small agencies. Our first workflow is deliberately narrow: add a client, assign the next action, and let a teammate pick it up.

We’ve reviewed existing products and chosen a starting direction. We haven’t yet interviewed customers or proved that this is easier. That’s the work ahead: use it inside GLOBINARY, observe other teams, and measure how much help the workflow needs.

One question could change the scope: do teams need automatic email capture before they’ll use this? We’ll ask it early. For now, the first build is underway and the source code stays private. The journey will be public.
